Online Records Access
This practice now offers the facility for patients to view online, export or print detailed coded information held in their own records.
National guidance advises that all records should be thoroughly checked and patients made aware off the dangers and risks with viewing records online before patients are granted access. Therefore upon showing an interest in viewing your record online you will be sent information about the service and the risks and once you have confirmed your interest you will be put on a waiting list for your records to be checked.
At present we are unable to confirm how long it may take before you can view your record. We have experienced a high demand for record access and are working through the waiting list as fast as we can.
This practice currently offers the facility for patients to access immediately upon registration for online services:
to book, view, amend, cancel and print appointments online
to order online, view and print a list of their repeat prescriptions for drugs, medicines or appliances
to view online, export or print summary information from their record, relating to medications, allergies, adverse reactions
