Cyber Attack

Due to the Global Cyber attack infecting Solihull GPs we still have some PC's unsafe to use.   Some administative tasks may take longer to complete and we will have reduced capacity to undertake some tasks including Reports and non-nhs work until the issues with the PC's is fully resolved:

Appointmentscalendar

Appointments may be made by telephoning 0121 270 7180 or by calling into the surgery. Appointments may be made up to 2 weeks in advance. Requests for urgent appointments will be passed to the duty doctor who will call you back to assess the nature of your problem and allocate an appointment as appropriate, in some situations you may be asked to attend the surgery immediately. It is helpful if you can give us a brief reason for the request so that we can prioritise calls.

If you cannot keep your appointment, please inform us as soon as possible as this will assist in oversubscribed situations.

Telephone appointments

Many patients do not need to see the doctor or find it inconvenient to come to the surgery. If you need to speak to a doctor please ask the receptionist. The doctor may be busy with another patient. Please make sure you keep us updated with your home and mobile telephone numbers and any change of address. There may be occasions when we use the SMS message service to contact you using your mobile number, please let us know if you wish to opt out of this service.
