Extended Hours

Croft Medical Centre has extended the availability of appointments, mainly for patients with long term medical conditions who, due to commitments such as work or care of the elderly or disabled, cannot attend routine follow-up appointments during normal surgery hours.

These appointments are available to book up to one  week in advance and sessions are held  at The Bosworth Practice every weekday evening between 18:30  - 20:00 and at the weekend from 09:00 - 12 noon on Saturday  and on a Sunday from 09:00 - 11:00.  These appointments are for routine consultations and are not intended for emergencies (the 111 service is in operation to cover emergencies during these times).

Appointments are available with a variety of clinicians during these times.

There is free parking at Bosworth Surgery and it is located next door to a pharmacy.

Failure to attend an appointment without prior notification of cancellation (24 hours) may result in this facility being withdrawn on an individual basis (at the practice's discretion).
