To request an an appointment please call 0121 270 7180 (phone lines open at 8.00am) or use our online booking tools (SystmOnline / NHS App).
Digital Front Door (DFD) coming soon - This will allow you to request an appointment and offer patients further help and advice.
When you get in touch, we will ask what you need help with and that you supply as much information as possible. This allows our trained Care Navigators to ensure you are booked with the most appropriate clinician.

However you choose to contact us, we may offer you a consultation:

Extended Practice Opening Hours
Croft Medical Centre forms part of North Solihull Primary Care Network (NSPCN) and under the Extended Access Scheme we have appointment availability outside normal surgery hours.
These appointments are available to book (up to two weeks in advance) and sessions are held here at Croft Medical Centre and Coventry Road Practice Monday to Friday between the hours of 6.30pm-8.00pm. We also have availability on Saturdays here at Croft Medical Centre from 9:00am-12pm.
Appointments are available with a variety of clinicians during these times.
Failure to attend an appointment without prior notification of cancellation (24 hours) may result in this facility being withdrawn on an individual basis (at the practice's discretion).
Home Visits
Patients are requested to telephone before 10.00am if a visit is required that day. Only emergency visits will be arranged after that time. Please give the receptionist as much information as possible in order to help the doctor plan the visits.
The clinician that visits you may not always be from this practice as we use a Home Visiting Service in collaboration with other local practices. Please ask if you wish to see a particular doctor and we will try to arrange it. If you think an urgent visit is necessary please explain this to the receptionist.
A doctor or nurse may phone you back as it may be that your problem can be dealt with by telephone advice, or that it would be more appropriate to send a nurse, or indeed arrange a hospital attendance.
House visits are only available for patients who are housebound because of illness or disability.
Please remember that several patients can be seen in the practice in the time that it takes to make one home visit. There are also better facilities for examining and treating patients at the Health Centre.
Cancel an Appointment
It is important that you inform the reception staff if you are unable to attend your appointment, this will allow that appointment to be offered to another patient. If you repeatedly fail to notify the Practice that you are unable to attend, you will be sent a letter informing you that you have defaulted from your appointments which may result in being removed from the list.
You can also text to cancel your appointment directly from your appointment reminder text through myGP app or email us on admin.croftmc37@nhs.net to cancel.
Text Reminder Service
We have a texting service which allows you to receive confirmation and reminders about your appointments.
All patients are signed up automatically for this. If you wish to dissent from this please contact reception.
Please remember to update your contact details with us when you change address, telephone numbers and email address.
